If you decide to proceed, we provide official payment instructions separately; a paid appointment is arranged after payment has been verified.

Is there a free introductory call for every segment?

Yes. Book one free 15-minute discovery call for practical AI, AI products, responsible AI, career readiness, NeXaAML and AML/KYC, HMS wellbeing, or sustainability. We clarify your goal and whether a paid session is suitable. The introduction does not include a full consultation, detailed product demo or implementation, and there is no automatic paid follow-up.

How will payment and calendar confirmation work?

The exploratory call is free. Listed consultancy session fees are fixed and non-negotiable. After the call, we confirm the selected service, timing, applicable terms and available payment method in writing. OMNeXa may offer Stripe, Revolut, Razorpay or verified bank transfer, subject to availability; a paid calendar invitation is arranged after actual payment is confirmed. There is no automatic charge.

You can instead prioritise Australian Tranche 2 operational change, including a focused gap-to-action discussion. NeXaAML is an active build; a session is not a certification course or regulatory sign-off.

How does HMS relate to sustainability guidance?

HMS connects awareness and deliberate action across self, family, work, society and planet. A sustainability session applies that reflection to a specific resource-use or participation pattern, then defines an action, an owner and simple measures. Wellbeing reflection complements environmental work; it does not replace environmental evidence or formal ESG reporting.

What does the Tranche 2 consultancy cover?

For Australian Tranche 2 work, choose one operational priority: designated-service context, customer due diligence, evidence capture, risk assessment, review ownership, staff training or a change backlog. We can outline requirements and acceptance questions using NeXaAML as a practical learning example. Applicability depends on the services a business provides; use current AUSTRAC guidance and qualified legal advice for regulatory decisions. This service does not claim AUSTRAC approval or a fully compliant Tranche 2 software release.
